Momotaro ももたろう

 昔、昔、あるところに、おじいさんとおばあさんが住んでいました。おじいさんは山へ芝刈りに、おばあさんは川へ洗濯に行きました。　おばあさんが川で洗濯をしていると、川上から桃がつんぶく　かんぶく　つうぶく　かんぶくと流れてきます。おばあさんが家に持って帰った桃は、じゃくっと割れて、中からかわいい男の子が生まれました。その名も桃から生まれた桃太郎。桃太郎はすくすくと育ち、力強い少年に成長しました。

A long time ago, an old man and woman lived in a far away place. The grandfather went to the mountains to harvest, and the grandmother went to the river to do the laundry. While the grandmother was doing the laundry in the river, peaches began to flow down the river. The peach that the grandmother brought home broke open and a cute boy was born from inside. His name is Momotaro, who was born from a peach. Momotaro grew up quickly and became a powerful boy.
